Welcome to Crafty Zone — the wholesale division of Crafty Cuddle. By accessing our website (www.craftyzone.co.in), placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all interactions between you (the customer/reseller) and Crafty Zone. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility for Wholesale Purchase

Crafty Zone operates as a B2B platform and caters exclusively to:

Retailers & Toy Stores
Schools & Educational Institutions
Event Planners & Gift Suppliers
Online Resellers & Corporate Bulk Buyers

By registering, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business/organization and not as an individual consumer.

2. Account & Order Process

You may be required to share business details before order approval.
All orders must meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) specified per product.
Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by our team.
Prices are subject to change based on quantity or offers without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

We accept UPI, bank transfers, and major secure payment gateways.
Full payment is mandatory for dispatch unless a prior credit agreement exists.
All listed prices are exclusive of GST and shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide pan-India delivery through trusted logistics partners.
Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination.
Crafty Zone is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen factors (weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

B2B Policy: As a wholesale entity, we do not offer returns once goods are sold unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Notify us of defects within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting photos.
Replacements are subject to verification and stock availability.
Confirmed orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and branding on this site are the exclusive property of Crafty Zone/Crafty Cuddle. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our product designs and media is strictly prohibited and protected under copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is strictly limited to the order amount paid by the buyer. Crafty Zone shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms

Crafty Zone reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
