At Crafty Zone, we value your trust and strive to provide only the best quality in every order. While our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/invoices.
- Note: Returns are not accepted for minor color variations, slight packaging damage during transit, or change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products ordered in custom bulk quantities.
- Items under clearance or promotional offers.
- Opened, used, or personalized products.
Replacement & Refund Process
1. Report the Issue
Contact us via WhatsApp/Email with your Order ID and clear Photos/Videos of the damage.
2. Resolution
Once verified, we will ship a free replacement or issue a credit note for your next order.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases where a replacement is out of stock. Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Logistics
In most cases, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to ship the product back to us; reimbursement for shipping is subject to prior approval.
