Return & Refund Policy

At Crafty Zone, we value your trust and strive to provide only the best quality in every order. While our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoice.

Please note:
Returns are not accepted for minor color variations, slight packaging damage during transit, or change of mind.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products ordered in custom bulk quantities.

  • Items under clearance or promotional offers.

  • Opened or used items.

  • Personalized products or made-to-order kits.


Replacement Process

  1. Report the issue to us within 48 hours at:

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item

  3. Once verified, we will:

    • Ship a free replacement OR

    • Issue a credit note usable on your next order


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases where:

  • A replacement is not possible

  • The product is out of stock

  • The order is canceled before dispatch

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Return Pickup

  • In most cases, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to ship the product to us. Reimbursement of shipping charges is subject to prior approval.


Important Notes

  • All return or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

  • Returns due to customer-side errors (e.g. wrong address, failed delivery attempts) are not eligible for refund.
