1. Eligibility for Wholesale Purchase

Crafty Zone operates as a B2B platform and caters exclusively to:

  • Schools & Institutions

  • Event Planners

  • Online Resellers

  • Corporate Bulk Buyers

By registering or placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, and not as an individual consumer.

2. Account & Order Process

  • You may be required to create an account or share business details before placing an order.

  • All orders must meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) as specified for each product.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

  • Prices may vary based on quantity, offers, or location and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via secure methods, including UPI, bank transfer, and major payment gateways.

  • Full payment is required to process and dispatch your order unless otherwise agreed.

  • All prices listed are exclusive of GST, shipping charges, and other applicable taxes unless clearly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver pan-India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery location.

  • Delays due to unforeseen factors (e.g., weather, transport strikes) are not Crafty Zone’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

  • As a B2B seller, we do not offer returns once goods are sold unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

  • In case of defective or damaged items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Replacements are subject to verification and availability.

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch.

6. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to ensure all product details, pricing, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

  • Crafty Zone reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property
